These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by thesnapstories, a photo and video shoot company, having its registered office at Bavdhan, Pune, Maharashtra - 411021. By booking or using our services, the client agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

• The Company provides photography and videography services including, but not limited to, events, weddings, portraits, commercial shoots, promotional videos, and post-production services.
• The scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and pricing shall be as agreed in writing (quotation, invoice, email, or contract).

2. Booking & Confirmation

• A booking is confirmed only after receipt of an advance payment as specified in the quotation.
• The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings without assigning any reason.

3. Payments

• Payment terms shall be as per the agreed quotation or invoice.
• Advance payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• The remaining balance must be paid on or before the delivery of final output.
• Late payments may result in delayed delivery or withholding of final content.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Client-initiated cancellations must be communicated in writing.
• Cancellation charges may apply depending on the stage of the project.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Client Responsibilities

• The client shall ensure proper permissions, access, and approvals for shoot locations.
• The Company is not responsible for issues caused by venue restrictions, weather conditions, or third-party interference.
• The client must communicate specific requirements before the shoot.

6. Creative Discretion

• The Company retains creative discretion regarding style, composition, editing, and final output.
• Dissatisfaction due to subjective taste shall not be considered a valid reason for refund.

7. Delivery of Content

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to workload, revisions, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Final deliverables will be shared via digital means unless otherwise agreed.
• Raw files will not be provided unless explicitly mentioned in the agreement.

8. Revisions

• Limited revisions may be provided as per the agreed package.
• Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be chargeable.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

• All photographs and videos remain the intellectual property of the Company.
• The client is granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the content for personal or agreed commercial purposes.
• The Company reserves the right to use the content for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

10. Client Usage Restrictions

• The client shall not edit, alter, or apply filters to the delivered content without prior written consent.
• Resale or commercial redistribution without permission is strictly prohibited.

11. Third-Party Services

The Company is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party vendors, platforms, or equipment.

12. Limitation of Liability

• The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• In any case, the Company’s liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client.

13. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay due to events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, accidents, strikes, or government restrictions.

14. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate services if the client breaches these Terms or behaves in a manner that is unsafe, abusive, or unlawful.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts at Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

16. Amendments

The Company may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be effective upon publication.
